PhD position - Signal processing in cerebellar modules involved in emotional, cognitive and motor control loops

This project will provide new insights into neuronal activity within cerebellar modules and how the signal processing varies between different lobules.

Postdoc in machine learning for large-scale brain network models

The Theoretical Neuroscience Group (Head: Viktor Jirsa) is seeking to fill a post-doctoral position in the context of the Human Brain Project (HBP) to work on development of parameter inference workflows for connectome-based large-scale brain network models (see The Virtual Brain) applied to brain imaging data (EEG, MEG, fMRI).

The candidate will join the research group and contribute to the development of interactive visualization tools for the exploration of complex data within a wide diversity of application areas.
