Brain states: Models and Experiments

EITN, Paris

March 1, 2018 – March 2, 2018

The goal of this workshop is to put together various scales of investigations of brain states, from the cellular (neuron) level, to circuits, up to the whole brain.

We would like to also contrast models and experiments to assess our understanding of the genesis of different brain states (including wake, sleep, anesthesia), and identify what are the next challenges, both at the experimental and modeling side.

Organised by Mavi Sanchez Vives, Marcello Massimini and Alain Destexhe.

The registration is free however mandatory due to a limited number of seats.
